Fallsview Casino & Casino Niagara Roll Out Tangam Table Games Yield Management (TYM) After Successful Trials
Niagara Falls, ON; January 21, 2011 – – Tangam Gaming today announced that Fallsview Casino and Casino Niagara, two of Canada’s premier casinos, have rolled out Tangam’s award-winning Table Games Yield Management (TYM) system to increase table games profitability and enhance the player experience. TYM is now operating across the 142 non-poker table games at the two properties, including Blackjack, Baccarat and specialty games.
TYM is a software add-on for existing table management systems that improves table games profitability by (1) helping operators open the right number and types of tables, based on historical demand patterns, and by (2) guiding floor staff on adjustments to betting minimums as player demand fluctuates throughout the day. These two components -- opening the right number of games / proper game mix, and dynamically managing the table limits -- allow a casino to increase profitability and enhance the experience of the players they already have coming through their doors.
TYM also accumulates and analyzes business volume data, providing reports that give operators perfect visibility into recurring issues, noteworthy trends and floor staff performance.
